Ai lucra \u00een alte locuri, \u00een facultate?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studiile academice urmate au fost cele alese de mine la momentele respective. Nu cred c\u0103 a\u0219 schimba studiile urmate \u2013 am experien\u021ba unei facult\u0103\u021bi \u0219i universit\u0103\u021bi din Rom\u00e2nia (ASE, FABIZ), dar \u0219i cea a unei universit\u0103\u021bi din str\u0103in\u0103tate (Vienna University of Economics and Business), iar \u00een viitor inten\u021bionez s\u0103 \u00eembog\u0103\u021besc experien\u021ba de studiu cu alte programe din zona de taxe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joburile urmate \u00een facultate au fost cele mai diverse \u2013 de la un job de v\u00e2nz\u0103ri aparate de aer condi\u021bionat pentru pia\u021ba din SUA (la finalul primului an de facultate) p\u00e2n\u0103 la referent debutant \u00een cadrul Direc\u021bia de Administrare a Marilor Contribuabili, Ministerul de Finan\u021be (la finalul anului al treilea). Anul 2007 a fost primul an \u00een care DGAMC a realizat angaj\u0103ri de oameni noi din afara sistemului. Al\u0103turi de al\u021bi 20 de colegi din ASE am trecut de examenele scrise \u0219i de interviuri \u0219i am \u00eenceput un proces de <em>internship<\/em> \u00een cadrul DGAMC. Deci, pot spune c\u0103, \u00eenc\u0103 din timpul facult\u0103\u021bii, m-am preg\u0103tit pentru a fi consultant fiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Procentul antreprenorilor care e\u0219ueaz\u0103 \u00een primii ani de via\u021b\u0103 ai afacerilor lor e foarte mare. Merita antreprenoriatul s\u0103-\u021bi asumi riscurile, eforturile \u0219i piedicile pe care le \u00eent\u00e2lne\u0219ti \u00een drum? Exist\u0103 anumite riscuri specifice atunci c\u00e2nd ai propriul t\u0103u business de consultan\u021b\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de alte domenii de activitate?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depinde de gradul de risc la care fiecare dintre noi este de acord s\u0103 se expun\u0103. Ce te preg\u0103te\u0219te mai bine pentru a fi consultant?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Expunerea la c\u00e2t mai multe spe\u021be fiscale \/ opera\u021bionale \u0219i pasiunea pentru citit. Cred c\u0103 ceea ce m-a ajutat pe mine cel mai mult \u00een activitatea de consultan\u021b\u0103 a fost curiozitatea \u0219i pasiunea pentru economie \u0219i subiectele de business. \u00cenc\u0103 din studen\u021bie, \u00eemi \u00eencepeam ziua de lucru \/ studiu cu o sesiune de 30 de minute de citit subiecte economice \u0219i ziare de specialitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dac\u0103 ar fi s\u0103 te pui \u00een pantofii unui t\u00e2n\u0103r absolvent \u0219i s\u0103 aplici, acum, pentru un job la compania la care lucrezi ast\u0103zi, pe ce ai pune accent atunci c\u00e2nd ai o discu\u021bie fa\u021b\u0103 \u00een fa\u021b\u0103 cu cineva care e responsabil de recrutarea ta?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posibilit\u0103\u021bile de a evolua profesional si de a face parte dintr-o echip\u0103 \u00een care fiecare se simte valorizat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Am realizat c\u0103 \u00een afaceri \u0219i consultan\u021b\u0103 e bine s\u0103 fii preg\u0103tit pentru orice scenariu, dar \u00een acela\u0219i timp nu po\u021bi s\u0103 NU iei decizii sau s\u0103 pierzi mult timp \u00een acest proces. De ce?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cred c\u0103 r\u0103spunsul la \u00eentrebare este mai nuan\u021bat dec\u00e2t alegerea unei op\u021biuni dintre cele dou\u0103 pe baza notelor sau a experien\u021bei.
