Din cauz\u0103 c\u0103 o concediere nelegal\u0103 este mult mai u\u0219or de atacat \u00een instan\u021b\u0103, unii angajatori prefer\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eei impun\u0103 salariatului demisia \u00een loc.
