Pe tine ce te-ar impresiona la un candidat \u00een interviul de angajare?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru mine conteaz\u0103 foarte mult atitudinea unei persoane, mai ales \u00een stadiul incipient al unei cariere, atunci c\u00e2nd angajatorul este foarte interesat de poten\u021bialul pe care un t\u00e2n\u0103r \u00eel de\u021bine, \u00een detrimentul cuno\u0219tin\u021belor \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bilor. Cu atitudinea potrivit\u0103, orice persoan\u0103 poate fi \u00eendrumat\u0103 corect \u0219i u\u0219or.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La un candidat m\u0103 impresioneaz\u0103 interesul pentru propria dezvoltare profesional\u0103 \u0219i implicarea lui \u00een activit\u0103\u021bi ce \u021bin de via\u021ba civic\u0103, responsabilitatea fa\u021b\u0103 de tot ce ne \u00eenconjoar\u0103. Totodat\u0103, sunt de p\u0103rere c\u0103 persoanele care au r\u0103mas curioase \u0219i care \u00ee\u0219i pun diverse \u00eentreb\u0103ri au un punct \u00een plus. De ce?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 a\u0219 avea de ales dintre mai mul\u021bi absolven\u021bi, a\u0219 alege persoanele care au o anumit\u0103 maturitate, chiar dac\u0103 la un nivel incipient. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Care consideri c\u0103 sunt minusurile cele mai importante cu care ies din facultate absolven\u021bii de studii economice\/drept din zilele noastre \u0219i ce sfaturi sau recomand\u0103ri ai avea pentru dep\u0103\u0219irea lor?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un minus \u00eel reprezint\u0103 lipsa unei abord\u0103ri sistematice a \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii; anumite cuno\u0219tin\u021be pot r\u0103m\u00e2ne la un nivel superficial, iar acea g\u00e2ndire profund\u0103, care face leg\u0103tura \u00eentre diferite no\u021biuni sau concepte, nu mai apare, ceea ce duce la o lips\u0103 a unei rezolu\u021bii viabile. Aceast\u0103 atitudine m-a ajutat, \u00een parcursul meu profesional, s\u0103 m\u0103 ridic la nivelul a\u0219tept\u0103rilor tuturor celor care m-au ajutat s\u0103 am \u00eencredere c\u0103 pot realiza orice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dac\u0103 ar fi s\u0103 identifici un hobby a c\u0103rui practicare constant\u0103 ajut\u0103 \u00een activitatea de consultan\u021b\u0103, care ar fi acela? Ce te preg\u0103te\u0219te mai bine pentru a fi consultant?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cititul, \u00een mod clar, deoarece \u00ee\u021bi men\u021bine mintea ager\u0103 \u0219i ocupat\u0103. Recomand cartea \u201cThe Element\u201d, scris\u0103 de Sir Ken Robinson, care pe mine m-a ajutat s\u0103-mi dau seama de un lucru foarte important; atunci c\u00e2nd faci ceea ce \u00ee\u021bi place nu mai munce\u0219ti, ci ai privilegiul de a face ceea ce te pasioneaz\u0103. De asemenea, orice activitate sportiv\u0103, pentru a-\u021bi dezvolta for\u021ba interioar\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dac\u0103 ar fi s\u0103 define\u0219ti abilitatea cea mai important\u0103 care te-a ajutat s\u0103 treci peste momentele grele din carier\u0103, care ar fi aceea?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezilien\u021ba. Consider c\u0103 r\u0103spund eficient \u0219i echilibrat \u00een fa\u021ba factorilor stresan\u021bi \u0219i am capacitatea de a transforma un factor negativ \u00eentr-o oportunitate, p\u0103str\u00e2ndu-mi \u00een acela\u0219i timp s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u0219i energia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Unde tragi linie, atunci c\u00e2nd e vorba despre caracterul oamenilor cu care lucrezi?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru mine, \u00eencrederea reprezint\u0103 unul dintre factorii cei mai importan\u021bi.
