M-a\u0219 mai putea g\u00e2ndi s\u0103 diversific \u0219i s\u0103 fac \u0219i o facultate \u00een domeniul dreptului, ca s\u0103 am \u00eenc\u0103 o perspectiv\u0103 asupra domeniului \u00een care am ales s\u0103 lucrez.&nbsp;Am lucrat \u00een facultate \u00een anumite proiecte \u0219i cred c\u0103 a\u0219 face aceea\u0219i alegere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Procentul antreprenorilor care e\u0219ueaz\u0103 \u00een primii ani de via\u021b\u0103 ai afacerilor lor e foarte mare. Merit\u0103 antreprenoriatul s\u0103-\u021bi asumi riscurile, eforturile \u0219i piedicile pe care le \u00eent\u00e2lne\u0219ti \u00een drum? Ele sunt legate de preg\u0103tirea tehnic\u0103 continu\u0103, de atragerea unei echipe valoroase cu capacita\u021bi tehnice complementare, de riscul reputa\u021bional (nu \u00ee\u021bi po\u021bi permite s\u0103 gre\u0219e\u0219ti \u0219i asta te define\u0219te), de a r\u0103m\u00e2ne relevant \u0219i la curent cu tot ce este nou \u00een domeniul t\u0103u de consultan\u021b\u0103, de a fi implicat \u00een proiecte complexe, de a sta ancorat \u00eentr-o formul\u0103 de colaborare interna\u021bional\u0103 etc..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00ce\u021bi po\u021bi aduce aminte despre primul moment \u00een care ai avut de-a face cu un client nemul\u021bumit? Cum ai abordat situa\u021bia?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am avut parte de mul\u021bi clien\u021bi mul\u021bumi\u021bi, \u00eens\u0103 da, \u00eemi amintesc \u0219i primele experien\u021be cu nemul\u021bumiri ale unor firme de stat care colaborau cu clien\u021bii mei la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul anilor&nbsp;\u201990.&nbsp; Clien\u021bii erau str\u0103ini \u0219i nu \u0219tiau pe cine s\u0103 cread\u0103 \u2013 pe colaboratorii lor din firmele rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti sau pe noi, consultan\u021bii fiscali rom\u00e2ni. Nu era simplu s\u0103 explic legisla\u021bia fiscal\u0103 rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 \u2013&nbsp;neclar\u0103 \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 precedente&nbsp;\u2013 at\u00e2t clien\u021bilor str\u0103ini, c\u00e2t \u0219i directorilor financiari ai firmelor rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218i nu era simplu s\u0103 explic nici legisla\u021bia interna\u021bional\u0103 (de exemplu, tratate de evitare a dublei impuneri) unor directori rom\u00e2ni care nu erau deloc \u00een tem\u0103 cu subiectul \u0219i preferau sfaturile contabililor lor sau \u00eentreb\u0103rile puse direct Ministerului de Finan\u021be. \u00cens\u0103 tocmai aceast\u0103 continu\u0103 munc\u0103 de explicare \u0219i convingere era interesant\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la urm\u0103, iar satisfac\u021bia era mare c\u00e2nd reu\u0219eam s\u0103 l\u0103muresc spe\u021be dificile \u0219i s\u0103-mi v\u0103d, \u00een final, clien\u021bii mul\u021bumi\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Care sunt cele mai importante calit\u0103\u021bi pe care le cau\u021bi la oamenii pe care \u00eei angajezi \u00een compania ta? Nu \u00eei caut \u00eens\u0103 nici pe cei cu cele mai mici note. Dar nu prea mai am \u00eencredere \u00een sistemul de notare din universit\u0103\u021bile rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti, am v\u0103zut c\u0103, din p\u0103cate, se dau foarte u\u0219or note mari \u0219i sunt prea mul\u021bi absolven\u021bi care \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 mecanic \u0219i uit\u0103 tot ce au \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat \u00een primii ani p\u00e2n\u0103 la finalul facult\u0103\u021bii. \u00cencerc s\u0103 selectez pe baza evalu\u0103rii tehnice pe care o fac \u00een interviu mai degrab\u0103 dec\u00e2t pe baza unei note maxime la o materie important\u0103 pentru meseria de consultant fiscal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Uneori o experien\u021b\u0103 de munc\u0103 anterioar\u0103 e util\u0103 \u0219i ii pune pe candida\u021bi \u00eentr-o pozi\u021bie mai dezinvolt\u0103 \u00een fa\u021ba \u00eentreb\u0103rilor de interviu, \u00eens\u0103 nu reprezint\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna garan\u021bia succesului.
